Polestar Farm is an exceptional facility in Lake Stevens, Washington catered to all levels of three day eventing competitors while simultaneously offering a haven for trail riding and relaxation.
Each horse at the facility is kept happy with large stalls, turnout and individual training programs suited for each horse and rider.
Polestar Boarding Features
Spacious Stalls
Our stalls are 14x13 with padded mats. We clean your horses’s water daily, clean the stalls twice daily and always ensure they have plenty of shavings, fresh water and hay.
Personal Locker
Boarders in the main barn get access to a personal locker in our heated tack room. If you board in the back paddocks or lockers are full, we have ample storage in our milking parlor barn.
Daily Turnout
Our horses get turned out every night for 12+ hours. We offer all weather paddocks with sheds to 5-acre fields. Horses may be placed in pairs and will be monitored as needed.
Heated Wash Stall
We have crossties down our barn aisle as well as a large wash stall with hot and cold water.
Three Daily Feedings
We offer timothy hay, alfalfa, LMF feeds and oil as needed. Hay is fed three times per day, grain is fed twice daily. Boarders provide supplements as needed that will be fed by barn staff.
Arenas, Trails and More
Boarders get unlimited access to our lighted indoor arena, outdoor arena, cross country/galloping field and 10+ miles of trails up Mt. Pilchuck.

Board Only
Stall Board: $855
Includes daily turnout, 3 feedings daily, Stalls cleaned twice daily, water buckets cleaned daily, blanket changes, night check and full facility use.
Shed Board: $700
Includes 3 feedings daily, daily paddock cleaning, water buckets cleaned daily, blanket changes and full facility use.
Pasture Board: $500
Includes feeding twice daily, daily water check and blanket changes if needed.
Training + Board Packages
Full Training
Full training includes the horse being ridden and trained by Meika 5 days per week, and possibly exercised by an employee of Polestar Farm for another day. All horses are worked in the arenas, but are also expected to concentrate on their studies in the cross country field, and relax on the trails. An ideal, well-rounded education, ideally suited for many disciplines.
$1755 per month, including board.
Partial Training
The horse will be trained by Meika 3 times per week.
